How We Work

We work with you to understand your challenges first, then design practical solutions that fit your situation — not a rigid template.

We partner with you

1: Discovery

What we do: We start by understanding the specific challenges you’re facing. Discovery includes stakeholder interviews, current-state assessment, and structured information gathering — focused on understanding your situation, not confirming assumptions.

Why it matters: Solutions that don’t fit your situation don’t deliver value. Discovery ensures we design for your priorities.

Duration: 1–3 weeks, depending on scope

  • Compliance and privacy requirements mapping
  • Pain point and opportunity identification
  • Current-state assessment and capability baseline
  • Stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Challenge identification and prioritisation

2: Design

What we do: We design around your specific situation, drawing on evidence, best practice, and what we’ve learned in discovery. Design is collaborative. You’re part of the process.

Why it matters: Co-design ensures solutions are practical, accepted, and owned by your team, not imposed externally.

Duration: 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity

  • Governance and policy drafting (where applicable)
  • Resource and material design
  • Framework and curriculum development
  • Solution brainstorming and prioritisation

3: Delivery

What we do: We deliver training, workshops, and programmes with clarity, professionalism, and practical focus. All materials are yours to keep, and we provide ongoing support.

Why it matters: Delivery is where value is realised. We ensure learning is engaging, practical, and immediately applicable.

Duration: Half-day to 12 weeks, depending on engagement type

  • Real-time support and Q&A
  • Resource library provision
  • Programme facilitation and coaching
  • Workshops and training sessions (in-person or online)

4: Review

What we do: We check in post-delivery to ensure value is realised, provide ongoing support, and capture lessons for continuous improvement.

Why it matters: Learning doesn’t stop at delivery. Review ensures adoption, captures feedback, and identifies opportunities for further support.

Duration: 14–60 days post-delivery, depending on scope

  • Continuous improvement recommendations
  • Outcome measurement and feedback gathering
  • Email and asynchronous support
  • Post-delivery check-ins (30 and 60 days)

Our guiding principles

Problem-First

We don’t start with AI. We start with the challenge you’re trying to solve, then work out where AI makes a real difference.

Evidence-Driven

Our methods are grounded in research, best practice, and real-world outcomes, not hype or trends.

Human-Centred

We design every solution for the people who will use it. The better we understand your people, the more effective the technology becomes.

Practical Focus

We deliver training, tools, and frameworks you can use immediately. No jargon, no fluff. Just practical support.

Privacy-Conscious

We design with privacy and compliance in mind, aligned to all relevant legislation and sector-specific requirements.

Systematic & Transparent

Every step is intentional; you’ll always know what we’re doing, and what evidence supports each decision.
